Blue Blueberry Muffins

Wow!  Two posts in one day!

But I just had to show you my Blue Blueberry Muffins which I just took out of the oven.  We are having the December Birthdays morning tea at work tomorrow so I thought that I would try this recipe from a cosy mystery novel which I am currently reading:

These are a series of cosy murder mysteries set in a little town in Minnesota - they are a lot of fun.  The heroine, Hannah Swensen owns a cookie shop so each book is full of cookie and other recipes.  So, I thought that I would try one of them.  This is the result:

This one below is made with the leftover mixture - it is a big one for TraderVic, DD, DS2 and I to share:

.... and here is Furio giving me lots of help in the kitchen!

hugs,

They look scrumptious, blueberry muffins are a favourite at Trewoon.

Wish we could share one over a good chin wag.

Maybe one day you will feel the urge to visit Australia or else I will come to visit you in Cornwall. How lovely would either of those scenarios be?
