Tudor Tuesday.....

As you probably all know already,  I am rather obsessed with the Tudors.  So much so that I have acquired many designs based around Henry Viii and his six wives or Elizabeth I.  So, to help facilitate the stitching of these designs I have instituted Tudor Tuesday!

Would you like to see them all?

This is a DMC kit of Henry Viii and his six wives.

Another DMC kit - Elizabeth I

A HAED design - Holbein's iconic painting of Henry...

Not much progress here, I haven't picked it up for ages!

My stitch for the Nicola's Scarlet Letter Year SAL....The Faerie Queene Sampler

The six wives of Henry Viii by The Primitive Hare

Sorry, I should have ironed before taking the following pics but I was in a hurry.

The End Crowneth the Work by Plum Creek Samplers (not started yet)

Another  FIVE HAEDs - all of Elizabeth I.

Hmmmm!  Do you think that all of these are going to be enough to fill my Tudor Tuesdays?

If anyone wants to join me on a Tuesday night - just let me know and we can SAL together.

FNSI tonight - so have fun everyone!

hugs,

Wow Kaye, your Tudors stash is amazing :)
I have always loved the 6 wives design and have often thought of doing it.. I must admit that the Tudors are my favourite Kings and Queens.
You certainly have more than enough to keep you busy in Tudor Tuesdays :)
Hugs x

All wonderful designs Kaye. It's hard to pick just one. I don't have any, so I won't be joining you. Good luck and fast stitching.

Tudor Tuesday is a great idea but you're going to have to stitch from 2pm to 2am to finish all those HAEDs!!

The Large Boy is doing the Tudors at school this term. Apparently they re-enacted the Batttle of Bosworth Field this week. No-one died though.

Well I couldn't join you every week but I love the idea of Tudor Tuesday. I currently have the first design started but haven't done as much as you have. Lovely designs you have though.

That is such a cool collection of Tudors. I think you may have to change everyday to a Tuesday to get through them!

Oh my goodness, I think you must be a bit bonkers!!! That's quite a lot of stitching you're going to be doing. I must admit, I very much enjoy watching all the period dramas that have been on the TV recently, it's a particular favourite to watch those whilst I stitch. I particularly enjoyed The White Queen which was on here in the UK recently. I hope that you will have heaps of fun on your Tudor Tuesdays!
