Still in turmoil....

.... sorry that I haven't posted for so long but my life is still a whirlwind of turmoil!

DS2 leaves for Sydney for two years (at least) today and DD is moving out tomorrow.  So, all of a sudden it will be just TraderVic and I (and two or maybe three cats!).

Then I am off to the Gold Coast next week for three days for a work conference, so it will just be TraderVic and the cats!

Aaaagghh!

However, I have been stitching, I just have no time to do a proper post.  But I will soon.

I must, however, say a big thank you to all of my lovely bloggy friends who have been sending me kind messages of support at this time of turmoil (having a wedding, a funeral and all three children leave home/the state all in less than a month is hard!), I have really appreciated them.

Also, a big hello to my new followers from the Party, I promise you, I am usually a bit more fun than this!

Anyway, must give DS2 the biggest hug and kiss ever, then it is off to work whilst he jets off to start his new life!

hugs, Kaye

Sending hugs, It is sad when all the kids move on but there is never a right time for them to fly .It takes along time to get use to it , but in time you do get use to it. You have had a roller coaster time the last month, hope you can now settle back down , big hugs.

These are some of the most traumatic changes in a person's life so it is not surprising that you feel discombobulated! Big word there LOL
With Skype and technology it's so much easier to keep in touch than it used to be.
Or maybe you just need another cat or two?

That's a lot of change in a short time - no wonder you feel at 6s and 7s. Give yourself time to adjust and I wish all of you the best as you set out on the next chapters of your lives. Hugs to you.

Talk about changes all happening at once. Lots of hugs to you. Being busy with travel for work is probably a good thing.

What a lot of change there is in your life right now. All the kids leaving is not the easiest to cope with. BUt after a while you will get used to it and you will realize that you have a lot more free time on your hands - for stitching for example? But it needs time. ((((Kaye))))

There's no rush, you take the time you need. There's been some major upheaval and emotional stress since the year started. Make sure you take care of yourself! Thinking of you xx
