Okay, well, this post is a bit of a grab bag!

Luckily for me, the first FNwF     run by the wonderful Cheryll (click on pic to find out more) happened to correspond to my first Friday night back home and, of course, Friday night is Frolic night   (you can click on this pic to get to the blog) - so all was good.

This is what I stitched for FF and FNwF:

I randomly chose "Troubled Waters" part of the Bad Neighbourhood series by Ink Circles as my FF piece. The last time I stitched on this was 11 December, 2013!  Oh, my goodness!

White Night...Holiday Post #3 - Singapore #3 + Awesome Giveaway.

Oh my goodness!  I am onto my third post about my holiday and I am only on Day 2 - not sure any of us will last the distance as we were away for a month!!!!! lol!

My second visit to Raffles was for the Welcome Dinner for the conference delegates and their partners. We had all been told to wear white and what a sight that was - 500 or 600 people partying together at the beautiful white Raffles all wearing white.  It was just like being in a movie, really!

It was a memorable night, I can tell you.

Just a little something to add to the empire... and another two great Giveaways

Well, while I am confessing all of my latest Stash Empire building - lol! - I saw this pattern on sale on the internet and just had to buy it to add to the Empire.  Do you like it?

Isn't she pretty?

... and she came with her own beads and gold thread.

Now I just have to find some perfect fabric for her,  oh dear, that may mean some more Stash Empire building! lol!
