Gifted Gorgeousness SAL_July update

Well,  here we are! Halfway through June  July (thanks, Christine) and over halfway through the year, too!

So, it is time for my Gifted Gorgeousness SAL post.  This month, I have made progress on two Gifted projects:  American Baby by Willowhill Samplings and a Christmas gift (so only a sneak peek).

For those of you who are wondering what on earth I am talking about, here is the lowdown on GG:

The Gifted Gorgeousness SAL is run by the wonderful Jo from Serendipitous Stitching.  The idea is that every month we link to Jo's GG blog post to show off whatever we are stitching that is Gift-related.  It can be something we are making for someone special or a chart or threads with which we have been gifted or basically anything else we can shoehorn into the basic premise.

It is such a good idea, as we all have something we are doing in at least one of those categories, don't we
?

Here are my two projects this month:

Thank you to all of those who sent me kind thoughts re my toothache - which is starting to ease now - sinus infection in a tooth?  Who knew?

TraderVic and I are off to Sydney tonight to see DS2 for the weekend (luckily I can work in the Sydney office tomorrow so we get an extra night), so I will probably be off air until Sunday).  Have a great weekend, everyone,

hugs,

P.S. I am a winner! Yay!  I was lucky enough to be one of the winners in last month's draw for GG.  Thank you so much, Jo and Gwen!

Lovely stitching! The sheep in the top photo are just too cute! I love the fabric choice too! The tree piece looks interesting, can't wait to see the whole thing, I'm guessing it will be after Christmas! *wink*

Both pieces are looking great. I stitched that baby sampler awhile back, it is such a sweet design. I am going to be stitching it yet again for another baby to be :)
