Well, I had to shift my Tudor Tuesday Stitching to Wednesday evening (due to social commitments, which you can read all about here) but that was okay as I managed to stitch heaps even while beating DD hands down in Scrabble!

I am thinking that maybe one more Tuesday may even do it! Yay!
hugs,
P.S. I got up this morning in the dark and put my shoes on. When I got downstairs to the kitchen, look what I found:
LOL!

haha! Your footwear made me giggle.
Great work on Elizabeth! How did you manage to get one white and one black? Even in the dark! LOL
Elizabeth looks wonderful!
Top tip: don't get dressed in the dark :)
Lovely work on Elizabeth and that's hilarious! I keep my shoes downstairs and I will admit to having 2 pairs of the same shoe in different colours as well.
Elizabeth id looking beautiful!! It's a good thing that you looked down!! Very funny!
Love your Elizabeth. I still love Tudor stuff. lol! Wow, it must have been really dark!

Probably a totally ignorant question, but what is the "R" for after "Elizabeth"?
He he he sweet footware ;)
Love, love your stitching.....and your shoes 😳
Beautiful stitching...as for the shoes....at least they are the same style!
I love the shoes.. It could become a new fashion trend. Congrats on your Scrabble win.
Thanks for the laugh Kaye. Nice progress.

Looks fantastic! Love the shoe story - have to admit I've done that.
Hah, everything is grey in the dark! You're safe! :D
Elizabeth looks great. Can't imagine wearing dresses like that. Or getting through doors in dresses like that.
LOL! That's funny. I got completely dressed a week ago and had left my apartment when I realized I was still in my house slippers! Lovely stitching progress :D
Pretty stitching! Your shoes may not have matched but they sure look comfortable. It might have been interesting just to go with the combination and see if anyone would notice. :)
Elizabeth looks amazing! Lovely finish on it's way! :o)
What a way to start the day.... odd shoes.... hope the day improved!
Hugs xx
Hi Kaye! I've finally managed to find a way to read your blog and I was rewarded with a good giggle:)) Your stitching looks great!
LOL, it must have been veeeery dark, Kaye ;)
Oh my, Elizabeth is nearly done. I think we will soon see her finished here.
The "R" stands for "Regina" in this case ("Rex" is a male royal)
