Still travelling to Kangaroo Island....

Yes, it was a two day, road trip and I left you on the road, staying overnight at Tailem Bend. Day Two saw us getting up quite leisurely, as we only had a short leg to get to Cape Jervis for the 3pm ferry to Penneshaw, KI.

On the way to Cape Jervis, we stopped for coffee and cake at gorgeous Victor Harbour - a very popular holiday spot.

I was so tempted by this stunning Mah Jong set.

The view of Cape Jervis...

You can just see Kangaroo Island in the distance.

Our ferry, unfortunately the 45 minute crossing was a bit rough so we were surrounded by people being sick into paper bags - not very pleasant!

Next post I will show you the wonderful garden of the B&B which we stayed at - just stunning!

hugs,

Thanks for sharing all the wonderful pictures from your trip.
Seeing sick people with their bags makes me feel sick, too, lol.

Kaye, those are beautiful photos (yummy looking cake too). It looks like you had beautiful weather. Sorry to hear about the ferry trip - having others sick makes it really unpleasant for those who aren't.
