.... and a Merry Christmas was had by all!
Giving the pudding a drink of brandy!
My dear Dad's 97th Christmas ... rather bittersweet as he is getting very frail.
Making Peking Duck for entree...
Some earnest political discussion going on.
My niece loved her Xmas cushion (not sure how it went from being an ornie to a cushion - it just grew like Topsy!)
Let's see, what else... Baby Joe, looking askance at his Christmas ornie made by me (photo kindly sent to me by his mama from Casino, NSW)
A few Christmas gifts, a kitten calendar from my Dear younger sister....
... and my summer reading all sorted, courtesy of my dear younger sister (again) and DS2.
... and, of course, some stitching to finish... this is for my FB group (just joined - wonderful group), Stitchmaynia, 12 Days of Christmas challenge (we stitch on something related to each of the 12 Days from December 25th to January 5th).

Looks like a fantastic day and a Happy Birthday to your dad. Glad to see the stitching wasn't neglected.
What a wonderful family Christmas. It is just wonderful that your Dad was able to join in all the festivities!
Baby Joe's look is a riot! How fortunate to have your dad at the gathering.
Merry Christmas Kaye! So glad to see your father.♥
You seem to have spent a very relaxed Christmas Day with your family. So nice to see that your father could spend the day with you.
So lovely to see everyone celebrating together. Glad you had a good Christmas!
Bellissime foto.
Buone feste!
Thank for sharing the pictures of your Christmas celebration. 97 my goodness. That is so wonderful.
Looks like a fun time was had by all. Even the mystified baby Joe! I think your niece appreciated her gift rather more.
Peking Duck and English Pudding is a very international mixture for dinner too. We always set fire to our Pudding and Mum has the side where she spills the most brandy!
Great photos, it looks like a very nice time for all. Also, love the Blue Jays shirt!
Great photos! I love the baby's face!
