A Sort of/Sorting Girl's Nest Giveaway #5

As you all know from my earlier post, Grand Designs Eaglemont, TraderVic and I are trying to clean out our house - we need to get rid of so much clutter that has accumulated over the past twenty years by the seven people that lived here in that time!

So, this means some of my stitching stuff, too.  I am trying to be ruthless with pattern books and patterns that I have either stitched already or am no longer interested... so, watch this space over the next couple of months - even more giveaways may come your way.

Anyway, on to today's Giveaway, there are several items to choose from:

Giveaways 1 and 2 are open to someone in Australia only (as they are a bit heavy and postage costs are now ridiculous), whilst Giveaways 3, 4 and 5 are open worldwide.

Giveaway 1: (Australia only) Storybook Cross-Stitch - 25 designs based on various fairy tales and fables.

Giveaway 2: (Australia only) Mini Cushions in Cross Stitch, 30 original designs by Sheena Rogers

Giveaway 3: (Worldwide) 20 Mini Cross Stitch designs by Michael Powell

Giveaway 4: (Worldwide)  A slightly-used "Patience" by Tempting Tangle Designs plus the left over Dinky Dyes silk floss.

Giveaway 5: (Worldwide) A slightly-used Proverbi 3 and 4 by Paola Gattiblu

Please comment CLEARLY, on this post if you are interested in any or all of the five giveaway items.  I will use the random generator to choose who gets what.

You have until the end of the Month, i.e. March 31 to enter.

hugs,

P.S. Carmie Anderson, I have emailed you separately re giveaway items.

P.P.S. Just to clarify....

"Why is it called a Girl's Nest Giveaway?  A very good question, my dear friends. Luckily, the answer is fairly simple.  The Girl's Nest is what my sewing room is affectionately referred to by TraderVic and my family and as I am on an eternal quest to tidy up,organise and streamline my what-seems-to-be-a-very VAST collection of sewing, quilting, stitching and knitting stuff goodies, I have decided that sharing the stuff love is one good way of doing this."

Very generous Kaye to part with any stitching stuff, patterns are always useful but I would be delighted to take off your hands the Michael Powell mini cross stitch designs, please put my name in the hat. Don´t envy your decluttering of twenty years.

Hi Kaye! I am rather scared at the thought of having to declutter my house and craftroom... that's why every time hubby suggests we move I found 100 reasons not to!!! :)
Would love to enter Giveaway #5 - thank you :0)

Very thoughtful of you my friend! Good luck with your downsizing. I have done a bit but there is so much more to do. Seems like a never-ending process here and it's only been accumulated by two people over the past 8 years!

Hi Kaye. I'd like to be entered for the giveaway #3. Good luck decluttering! I need to do that and will since I have the next two days off. It's hard letting go of our cross stitch charts/books but sometimes it must be done. Thanks for the chance! Looking forward to seeing more pictures of your Two House project.

It's so much fun to go through stash and find things you'd forgotten you had. I also love the term "The Girl's Nest". I would like to put my name in for the 20 Cross Stitch Minis by Michael Powell.

Oh my, oh my, oh my, Kaye, Such lovely things that you offer in your give-away. First I wanted to stay away from it but I just can't - this Michael Powell book is just way too intriguing. So, please, put my name in the hat for #3. There is always the chance that I don't win, lol. Then I won't have to stitch these little beauties ...

Postage can be such a big bother, especially lately! For as much as they charge, you'd think they'd take better care of the packages, harrumph. I love the name of your sewing room. Mine is just "my place" or "the craft room" haha. I am absolutely interested in Giveaway #5!

Hi Kaye--

How kind and generous of you to share your stash! I'm not ready to clean mine out yet, although it probably needs it.

Could you please enter me in the drawings for 3, 4, and 5?

Thank you!

Hi Kaye,
Good luck with decluttering .... one day I’ll do some of that ..... maybe!
And, like Noni, I would avoid moving to avoid destashing! Tee hee!
Very generous give-away, but don’t include me I can’t finish what I’ve got already!
