Afternoon Tea....

... on Sunday, my DF Linda came over for afternoon tea, so I made tea in the pot with some lovely Earl Grey Tea my DF, Marita, had brought back from Sri Lanka for me....

I got out the good china.....

... and, of course, baked a teacake....

Lovely!

Join me for a cuppa?

hugs,

P.S. Don't forget that currently I am MIA in Perth.

I am addicted to tea! I usually get lazy and make just a cup but love when friends come over so I can use my cast iron teapot.

Your teapot is so pretty and perfect! I love tea and have always imagines owning one like yours. Maybe someday I'll own a delicate pink one.

What a lovely tea set-up! Beatuiful pieces...

I can't believe you got to meet Dawn French; I absolutely loved her as the vicar...and she was equally hilarious in the Harry Potter movie!

Enjoy Perth, and be safe.

How terribly civilised and thoroughly English! All you needed was cucumber sandwiches with the crusts removed.

All served by Clara in the Parlour.

How beautiful! Reminds of little girls playing tea time with a miniature tea set. (since that's the only "tea time" I know about) LOL
